DMCA Policy for Disney+ Spider-Man Show

Disney+ Spider-Man Show is committed to respecting the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. This DMCA Policy outlines our procedures for addressing alleged copyright infringement in accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA).

Filing a DMCA Counter-Notification

If you believe that your content was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification to our Designated Copyright Agent. To be effective, a counter-notification must be a written communication that includes substantially the following:

  • Identification of the material removed or disabled: Identify the specific URL(s) of the material that Disney+ Spider-Man Show has removed or to which access has been disabled, and the location at which the material appeared before it was removed or disabled.
  • A statement under penalty of perjury: A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification of the material to be removed or disabled.
  • Your contact information: Your name, address, and telephone number.
  • Consent to jurisdiction: A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district in which your address is located, or if your address is outside of the United States, for any judicial district in which Disney+ Spider-Man Show may be found.
  • Acceptance of process: A statement that you will accept service of process from the person who provided notification under subsection (c)(1)(C) or an agent of such person.

Upon receipt of a valid counter-notification, we may restore the removed material in 10 to 14 business days unless the copyright owner files an action seeking a court order against the content provider, member, or user.
